It has been a long time since the last post of any substance, but it will have to wait a little longer. The CBRAT staff is recovering from attending two-thirds of this weekend's Touch & Go Records 25th anniversary fest at the Hideout Block party, over by there. Give us a break; we're old. And we're guessing the vast majority of the 7,000-odd other people in the audience (median age: 38 going on a hundred and twenty-three) feel the same way. Next time they should set up a Ben Gay® tent next to the Goose Island® vendor. I'll be the one riding the Rascal Scooter® with the Blatant Dissent bumper sticker on it.
